The flightplans are taken from the TRVACC-FPC and could touch / will leed over your control-zone, high traffic is likely. Please check, if a CTR-position could be manned in your region.
Vatsim-UK and TRVACC are informed and agreed to the flyin. Both will be informed shortly before the event about the number of flights of this flyin.
