Controller team of VACC Hungary is currently organizing one of the greatest Christmas events ever named Xmas Flyin 2005! It has been our tradition for the last 4 years to organize this event, it will be our fifth edition and we all hope at this time pilots and we will get bigger fun than ever! On the occasion of this event VACC Hungary would like to contact your virtual air traffic control centre!
We would like to invite the Slovenian ATC to have fun with us and provide air traffic control services at the late hours or earlier - depends on your mind
(e.g. from 1700Z to 2300Z).
Furthermore, I would like to request a bit help of yours! We would really appreciate a bit advertising on your local forums. It would be a really big help - we would be very greatful! I understand if You do not have time for these things, it?s just an idea of mine but personally I would really thank for it!
Information about the fly-in. The event will be held on Saturday, December 17th 2005, from 1100Z to 2300Z on VATSIM. We drew a lesson from the preveous event so we will introduce double number of
positions: you may expect 12 opened Hungarian position at the evening with the support of neighbouring VACCs?, but Budapest will be full staffed for the whole event.
You can read more about the event or book a flight on http://www.vacchun.hu/xmas .
Do not let You and your controllers to miss this event!
Expecting for your support!
Merry Christmas,
Balazs Kozma
