The Observers Guide is designed for new members who want to set up ASRC 1.1
from scratch and who have no previous experience of ASRC. It is a detailed
walkthrough of installing the software and logging on to observe for the
first time.

It does not tell you how to be a controller, or how to configure ASRC for
active controlling. That information can be found in the manual, and other
documents (listed on the ASRC resources page of the Essex RAM website at
http://www.cix.co.uk/~smctighe/Essex_RAM.html )
